All prices are based on the hanging weight and includes the cut, wrapped or vacuum sealed and frozen.

Filets/Strip Steaks - $10.00 per half

Cube Steaks or Tenderized Rounds $10/half

Extra Boning - $15-$25 (depending on amt.)

Over 850# Carcass - $50.00/half

Processing - .90¢ per lb.

Patties - .75¢ per lb. extra

Extra Boning - Charge will apply

There is a $150 minimum processing fee on hogs and

a $200 per half on beef.
